Clarification about change of pattern

Recently there has been rumours miling about change of pattern in UPSC2010. However we want to assure you that no such thing is happening this year.When it happens it will be atleast a year before government introduces changes,that it will inform the students.

So all you students preparing please don't listen to these rumours as they dont hold and value.As a testimony to what we have said we are uploading the much publicised UPSC chairman speech ;read it and decide for yourself is it really possible.
